Request the UAE efficiency label for the complete washing-machine model code. Ask for the conformity-certificate reference supporting the model's efficiency label. MoIAT's efficiency-card service requires a valid conformity certificate in the applicant's profile; its manual instructs applicants to select a certificate and enter label data. Compare the model details on the certificate, label and order, then ask the supplier to explain any difference. Save the reference and its written confirmation with the full model code.

- Plug and voltage
Request a photograph of the actual supplied plug and rating plate. MoIAT's technical requirements list BS 1363 plugs for Class I and Class II appliances and BS 546 separately for 15-ampere appliances. Federal Law No. 15 of 2020, Article 8(3)–(4), requires the supplier's trade name and address, goods or service details and price, and quantity where applicable. - Warranty and after sales
Ask who will provide warranty service in the UAE, where to contact them and what period and conditions apply. Federal Law No. 15 of 2020, Article 10(1), addresses supplier warranties, required spare parts, maintenance, replacement or refund and after-sales service during the specified period.
